Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

CarDekho is seeking a highly experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform to ensure exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online chat representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Monitor chat conversations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the online chat platform. 4. Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and a consistent brand experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management to continuously improve the platform. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in online chat management or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Independent and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Critical thinking and research skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. 7. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
