Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and hardworking Online Live Chat Officer to join our team at Tata Motors in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management and communication skills to effectively handle online customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about Tata Motors products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting - Engage with customers to build rapport and enhance their overall experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality service - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and improvement
Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in online customer service or live chat support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and online chat platforms - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
