Simplilearn is looking for a dynamic Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our online live chat platform to provide support, answer queries, and assist with problem-solving in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customer inquiries and issues. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. - Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. - Monitor customer interactions and collect feedback to improve overall service quality. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets set by the company.

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits to engage with customers effectively. - Strong time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. - High emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in a customer service or online chat support role is preferred.
