Job Description - Online Support Manager


Job Description:


Lenskart is seeking an experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As the Online Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online customer support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective support services. This role is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of online support representatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction - Develop and implement procedures for handling different types of customer inquiries and escalations - Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to improve the online customer experience - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience as an Online Support Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team-building abilities - Resourceful and energetic personality - Strategic planning and decision-making skills - Proficiency with online support tools and platforms - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
