Job Description - Online Support Manager

Faasos is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Support Manager in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online customer support operations to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through online support channels. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to online support services and implement improvements where necessary. 4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues impacting online support operations. 5. Provide training and guidance to support staff to enhance their skills and productivity. 6. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement technological solutions to improve online support processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven experience in managing online customer support operations. 4. Independent and resourceful personality traits. 5. Proficiency in project management and negotiation skills.
