Online Support Officer

Job Description:

CarDekho is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Support Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN as a part-time Associate Level position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent time management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support. 5. Update customer records and maintain accurate data in the system. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in online support or customer service role. 2. Strong time management and organizational skills. 3. Ability to persuade and influence others effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
