Job Description: upGrad is seeking a motivated and experienced Online Support Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online learners. You will be a key member of our support team, assisting learners with any questions or issues they may have while using our online learning platform.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to learner inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support to learners experiencing issues with accessing or navigating the online platform. 3. Assist learners with account management, including password resets and profile updates. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team for resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address learner feedback and improve the user experience. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of learner interactions and resolutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to effectively support learners.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role. 2. Confident and driven personality with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong negotiation and creativity skills to help address learner needs effectively. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using help desk software and online communication tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
