Online Support Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Online Support Officer to join our team at Udaan in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Support Officer will be responsible for providing online support to our customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally - Provide guidance and assistance to customers navigating our online platform - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Proven experience in online customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Soft skills in persuasion and leadership - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
