Job Description:
IBM India is seeking a motivated and independent Online Support Representative to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level Online Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the online platform. This is a part-time position with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving all concerns effectively - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures - Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently - Leadership qualities and the ability to manage people effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
