Job Description:

Ather Energy is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Support Specialist to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required – we are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers via email, live chat, and social media platforms. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, showing emotional intelligence in all interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. 6. Identify trends in customer issues and propose solutions for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to provide accurate support. 8. Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Confident and dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong critical thinking skills to quickly assess and address customer needs. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with online communication tools.
