Job Description:
As an Online Support Specialist at Cars24, based in Delhi, IN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to users of our online platform. Your primary duty will be to assist customers with any issues they may encounter while using our website, providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, logging customer interactions, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and courteous manner - Identify and resolve technical issues that customers may encounter while using our online platform - Provide step-by-step instructions to guide customers through troubleshooting processes - Log all customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the technical support team - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM systems - Familiarity with online platforms and technology - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
