Job Description - Online Support Specialist

Job Description:


Mahindra Group is seeking a part-time Online Support Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is passionate, adaptable, with excellent decision-making skills, and a creative mindset.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers through various channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with the IT and marketing team to improve the online customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. 4. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Flexible work schedule to accommodate shifts as needed.
