Job Description:

Udaan is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support and assistance with their inquiries. 2. Respond promptly to customer queries, escalate issues as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other team members to handle a high volume of chat interactions efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and issues to improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. 7. Assist with other customer service tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. 2. Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively. 3. Adaptability to handle a fast-paced work environment and evolving customer needs. 4. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
