Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: Blinkit, an innovative e-commerce company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales. As an Online Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers through online chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information or assistance with orders - Assist customers with troubleshooting website navigation or technical issues - Utilize research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries - Use negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints or issues - Monitor online chat queues and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers - Work independently to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions

Requirements: - Reliable and independent personality traits are a must - Strong research and negotiation skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries - Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping - Proficiency in using online chat software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
