Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Web Chat Associate to join our team at Dunzo in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through the online chat platform in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer queries - Conduct research to answer complex customer questions and provide solutions - Utilize strategic planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and potential improvements

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent research skills to provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high chat volumes - Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
