Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

AgroStar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Mid-to-Senior Level member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our online web chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service for our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor the online web chat platform, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train and supervise a team of online chat agents to provide excellent customer service. 3. Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotions and campaigns to increase online chat engagement. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online chat management. 6. Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. 8. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the online chat platform.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in online chat management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to lead and motivate a team of chat agents. 5. Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 6.
