Job Description:

One97 Communications is looking for an experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of relevant experience in online chat management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online web chat operations within the company - Develop, implement, and manage online chat strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction - Train and mentor web chat agents to ensure high-quality customer interactions - Analyze web chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online chat experience for customers - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online chat management
