Job Description:
upGrad is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level Online Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers through web chat, resolving inquiries or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and resolve their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. - Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide resolutions. - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality. - Utilize company resources and tools to efficiently assist customers and achieve department goals. - Provide feedback on customer trends, common issues, and improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide solutions. - Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a customer-focused mindset. - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer interactions. - Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate varying shifts.
