Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Web Chat Officer to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing online customer support through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the web chat platform 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution 3. Conduct research to provide accurate and timely information to customers 4. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience 7. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or online support 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 4. Proficient in typing and basic computer skills 5. Comfortable using web chat platforms and other online tools 6. Dedicated and motivated to provide excellent customer service 7. Ability to research and think critically to solve problems efficiently
