Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Officer at BYJU'S in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. You will engage with customers to answer their questions, provide information about products or services, and assist them with any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via online chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets for customer satisfaction and response times - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Highly motivated and self-driven - Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Excellent presentation skills - Persuasive and able to influence customer behavior - A team player with a positive attitude - Comfortable using technology and online chat platforms - No previous experience required, but a background in customer service is a plus
