Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Web Chat Representative to join our team at Zoomcar in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Online Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms, providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide timely and accurate information - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Promote Zoomcar's products and services to potential customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and sales goals
Requirements: - Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in project management or related skills is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
