Job Description:

Icertis, a leading provider of contract management software solutions, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via online chat. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 4. Proactively engage with customers to upsell products or services. 5. Conduct research to resolve customer complaints or issues effectively. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving skills. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Meet established KPIs and performance metrics to ensure departmental goals are met.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Independent and confident personality traits are a must. 4. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms. 8. Experience in contract management software or technology industry is a plus.
