Meesho is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, reliable, and possesses strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online web chat support to customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information - Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive customer experience through every interaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer inquiries - Assist with monitoring and analyzing web chat metrics to improve customer service performance - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM systems
