Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Mahindra Group is seeking a talented Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide information, guidance, and support - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general questions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Monitor online chat platforms for incoming messages and respond promptly - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and procedures for online chat support

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Flexibility to work part-time hours with potential for additional hours during peak times
