Support Assistant

Job Description:

Box8, a leading food delivery company in Delhi, is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers and team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and reliable. Additionally, the candidate should have strong soft skills in problem-solving and planning.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback. 5. Assist in creating and implementing support processes and procedures to improve efficiency. 6. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns. 8. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software. 6. Knowledge of the food delivery industry is a plus. 7. Resourceful and reliable personality traits. 8. Strong planning skills.
