Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

As a Remote Support Assistant at InMobi, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers remotely. Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, answering customer inquiries, and providing solutions to problems through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. You will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to effectively assist customers.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers by addressing technical issues and answering inquiries - Troubleshoot problems and escalate issues as needed - Communicate with customers through phone, email, or chat to provide solutions - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible support to customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and providing technical support - Ability to follow instructions and problem-solve effectively - Cooperative attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
