Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

Snapdeal is seeking a passionate and adaptable Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to our customers from a remote location.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Snapdeal's products and services. 5. Provide proactive support by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and updates.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or support. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology and processes. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. 7. Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service.
