Zoomcar is seeking a part-time Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, however, we are looking for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and possess strong time management and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with booking, billing, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot technical issues related to our platform - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Availability to work remotely and in different time zones
