Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

Licious is looking for a Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Remote Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our remote customers. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or remote support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, product information, and delivery status. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures for remote support. 5. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. 6. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism. 2. Confidence in communication skills to engage with customers effectively. 3. Strong innovation skills to think creatively and find solutions to customer problems. 4. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. 3+ years of experience in customer service or remote support. 6. Availability to work part-time hours based on a flexible schedule. 7. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software.
