Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Ola Cabs is looking for a Support Assistant to work remotely from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, have excellent communication skills, and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Assist in troubleshooting technical problems related to the Ola Cabs platform 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service strategies 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures 7. Assist in special projects as needed

Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Proficiency in computer applications and software 6. High school diploma or equivalent
