Zoomcar is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Support Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, perfect for individuals with at least 3 years of experience looking to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. - Assist customers in resolving issues and answering any inquiries about Zoomcar services. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
