Remote Support Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a hardworking and confident Remote Support Associate to join our team at Ola Cabs in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a part-time Entry Level position, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the Ola Cabs platform. 3. Manage and prioritize multiple support tickets to ensure timely resolution. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance their overall experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product features and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Project management skills with a high level of attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with technical troubleshooting. 6. Availability to work part-time hours and flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
