Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Dailyhunt is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Support Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Remote Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Dailyhunt users remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with the Dailyhunt platform via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Document and track customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Educate users on how to navigate and utilize the Dailyhunt platform effectively. 6. Assist in creating user guides and FAQs to enhance customer self-service options. 7. Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall user experience.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
