Job Description:
Freshworks is seeking a Support Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction with our products.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers. 3. Provide step-by-step instructions to customers to help them resolve their issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 5. Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Assist with testing new features and updates before they are released to customers.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Driven and independent work ethic. 4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 5. Innovative mindset to suggest new ideas and improvements. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
