Support Associate

As a Support Associate at Ather Energy in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and service for our innovative electric vehicle products. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting support, and assistance with order processing. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sale inquiries to post-sale support. 4. Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Confident and driven individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong project management skills and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
