Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Cipla is seeking a motivated Remote Support Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Remote Support Associate at Cipla, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Document customer interactions and resolutions in our internal system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer support experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in remote support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4+ years of experience in remote customer support - Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and independent with the ability to work autonomously - Emotional intelligence and strong project management skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment - Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
