Job Description:
Zerodha, a leading financial services company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our platform and services. 3. Assist customers with account setup, account maintenance, and trading inquiries. 4. Provide product demonstrations and tutorials to clients as needed. 5. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role. 2. Reliable and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to innovation. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. Familiarity with financial services and trading platforms is a plus. 7. Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
