Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Cipla is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Support Associate to work from home in Delhi, India. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Support Associate will be responsible for providing customer support, handling inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support related to products and services - Process orders and manage customer accounts - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proven experience in customer service or support role - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection - Must be located in Delhi, India
