Support Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Practo in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team, ensuring efficient and effective support services to our customers. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the support team, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction. - Develop and implement support strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation. - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. - Train and onboard new support team members, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Support Manager or similar role. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Driven and resourceful personality traits. - Proficiency in strategic planning and people management soft skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
