Job Description:
Nykaa is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of support staff to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff to ensure high levels of customer service and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues. 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Create and maintain support documentation and training materials for the team. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback on products and services. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to support staff. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes. 8. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive resolution. 9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and represent Nykaa in a positive light.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or related field. 3. Strong leadership and management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 6. Strong presentation and research skills. 7. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues worldwide. 8. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
