Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Blinkit in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading our support team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This position is part-time and at the Mid-to-Senior Level with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the support team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching - Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Analyze support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction - Train and onboard new support team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a customer support or customer service role - Proven leadership skills and experience managing a support team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
