As a Remote Support Manager at Hindustan Unilever Limited, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote support specialists to ensure timely and efficient resolution of IT-related issues for our employees working remotely. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our remote workforce, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote support specialists, including hiring, training, and performance management. 2. Monitor and prioritize incoming support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. 3. Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex technical problems and ensure resolutions are implemented. 4. Develop and maintain remote support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. 6. Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities and provide reports to senior management as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 5. Knowledge of remote support tools and technologies. 6. Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. 7. Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 8. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
