Job Description:
Myntra is seeking an experienced Remote Support Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Remote Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of remote support specialists who provide technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of remote support specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for remote support operations - Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality of service - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of support services with business objectives - Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance remote support operations
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in remote support or a related field - Proven track record of supervising and managing remote support teams - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and lead by example - Experience with remote desktop support tools and technologies - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
