Job Description - Support Manager

Job description:


HCL Technologies is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary personality traits of being hardworking and independent, as well as strong soft skills in project management and leadership.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service - Develop and implement support strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of support services with overall company goals - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on support team performance and key metrics - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Develop and implement training programs for support staff to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a support management role - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Strong project management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
