Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Pine Labs is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the support team to provide timely and effective customer support. 2. Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Mentor and train support team members to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Maintain a high level of communication with clients to ensure their needs are met. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 8. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline support operations.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in a support management role. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 7. Experience working in the tech industry is a plus. 8. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
