Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and driven Support Manager to join our team at Paytm in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service at all times.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support representatives to provide excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall support process - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to help team members improve - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze support data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Ensure all support activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in supervising and leading a team of support representatives - Knowledge of support software and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
