Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Support Manager to join our team at Meesho. As a part-time Associate Level employee based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for managing our remote support team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote support agents to provide timely and efficient customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Monitor support ticket queues and allocate resources to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze support metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Provide ongoing training and coaching to support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 8. Implement technology solutions to streamline support processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or related field. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. Hardworking and resilient with a strong desire to succeed. 8. Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. 9. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 10. Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly.
