Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team at Tata Steel in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This position is part-time and offers the opportunity to work from home. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our support services.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate support efforts and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline support operations. 6. Lead by example in promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. 7. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.

Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer support or management role. 2. Independent and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. A degree or certification in a related field is preferred but not required.
