Support Officer

Job Description:

Pepperfry is seeking a Support Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resilient, with excellent presentation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively. 3. Provide product information and guidance to customers. 4. Process customer orders and returns accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 7. Presentation and cooperation soft skills. 8. Bachelor's degree preferred.
