Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Support Officer to join our team at Zomato in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an entry-level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building a positive brand image for Zomato.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Critical thinking and attention to detail soft skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office - High school diploma or equivalent
